The O'Connor Law Firm currently represents property owners in a series of consumer protection lawsuits stemming from numerous alleged acts of mortgage fraud, improper appraisals and inadequate underwriting procedures associated with the development of coastal subdivisions in North and South Carolina. After law school, Mr. O'Connor earned a masters degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. This intensive, focused course of study utilized in conjunction with his experience representing banks and real estate development companies at large law firms is now being put to use on behalf of the consumer.
